Thumbnail for lists is for film not even in the list!

I'm having this problem for quite a few of the lists I have created over the last few months. Basically, the movie thumbnail for the list when seen from my profile or list page is for a seemingly random film that has nothing to do with the list I have made. For example, today I started a list of documentaries I find moving only for the thumbnail picture to be of The Iron Giant!
Any ideas if this can be fixed?

This happens to the majority of my lists as well. It generally auto-corrects once I make the list public. Tho, sometimes I switch to using an image in the notes area until that happens.

This problem seemed to started happening when Lists of Lists was introduced. There were a number of problems with users, including myself, having dozens and dozens of repeated images in the 'choose thumbnail' area. Seems the fix was to just have one option.

Still, sort of sucks and I hope that the thumbnail issue will eventually get fixed. Even when I get a thumbnail for an actual item on my list it isn't always the image I would like :P

I think I've fixed the cause of this.
