Is there a way to edit your old review or even delete it?

Yeah, go to the actual item's page and there should be a button that says Edit.
And I don't think you can delete them yet so your SOL for now.

It should be directly to the right of the '23:09' right here. If that doesn't work it might be your server.

with latest site update, you can now easily edit AND delete your reviews.
