Is there a chance to block person who all the time repost

photos etc.?

If there is , please let me know .
I've told that person million times but she/he don't understand and doing the same .

On the top box of a user's profile, just click the "Block" in the middle-bottom right next to "Friend". I don't have any personal experience UN-blocking anyone (or blocking them in the first place, for that matter) so I don't know fully how it works, but I assume you have a list of blocked members that you can view at any time.

and she wont able to add photos?
I think she does it on purpose , she add the same photos, pictures that are already posted to have more points.

There is a report button on every image, simply press it and then choose Duplicate Image. It will be reviewed and if a duplicate, deleted.
