The new image galleries

I hadn't noticed before, but in the beta site you can zoom in on a gallery and scroll it with ease thanks to the new "autoflow" feature, that is to say pics are rearranged in rows when you zoom in, while in the old site the page was resized and got wider than the screen, so you had to scroll the zoomed in gallery both vertically and horizontally (clumsy!).

In other words, it means you can now view the whole gallery with larger preview images, if you want, before actually opening each pic.

Perhaps it would be even better if we could optionally set a higher preview resolution and an un-cropped version for preview images.
