14 years, 2 months ago at Feb 17 5:17 - Just curious which one do you prefer. I prefer the 2nd one, because its more intense, and because you get a prequal and a sequal. Nothing against the first that one is still amazing, I just like the 2nd one more.

14 years, 2 months ago at Feb 17 10:43 - While I loved part II, The first will always be my favorite. I felt it had more memorable scenes, and emerged me completely and fully into its world. And don't get me wrong, I love De Niro, but nothing can top Brando's Vito.

14 years, 2 months ago at Feb 20 14:12 - The first one is the beginning of one of the greatest stories of all time in the history of movies and works as a standalone one. Though I feel that the first one had a greater cast and superior performances I still prefer the second one, it did feel more intense, the story was so gripping, and Al Pacino was just incredible.

It's a masterpiece in every way especially being one, if not the first, major non-linear piece of filmmaking and the more you watch it, the better it is. The Godfather Part 1 is awesome itself but it does not hold up as well as Part 2. I don't like when the studio makes those part 1 & 2 mixed versions putting it in chronological order because it fails on so many levels that it becomes just like everything else out there.
