Testing facebook connect

I'm testing my implementation of facebook connect, a service where you can use facebook login details to login to websites.

This will allow :

-New members to signup quickly and use facebook login and password to login to Listal.
-Facebook connected members to send updates from Listal to their facebook news feeds. (not implemented yet)
-You to use either facebook login details or Listal username/password to login to Listal.

To connect your facebook account with listal you just need to click the connect button at the top of the page.

Please let me know if this is working for you.

Seems to work fine. I was able to login using my facebook credentials without any hassles as well.

Seems to be working fine for me.

Post to facebook news feed should now be working for votes on items, try it out ;)

You can pick items to post to facebook under user/account settings as well, untick the boxes and the facebook request box will never appear.

I will have to look into this, I don't think it works in quite the same way as facebook

It seems that the connection isn't working and now is causing a infinite refresh loop for me.

Did you try logging out of facebook and back in again?

I expereinced the redirect problem as well today, I've made a change and that has fixed it I think.

Could movies I marked as watched and/or rated be posted to my news feed, too?

My reviews are not added to my news feed. Is anyone else facing the same problem?

I have avoided doing this with the facebook connect system because it has to make a request to facebook each time so it would slow down the rating. I think it is possible to import feeds into facebook but I haven't investigated this yet.

Yes it doesn't seem to be working right now, I will look into it.

Actually it is working for me, are you sure you are logged into facebook with this site?

Yes, that's the only way I log into Listal now. When I vote for something, I get a popup asking me about posting to FB, but nothing when I add a review.

I think you have to wait for the page to completely load for the facebook request to appear but I will test it some more.
