Tags link doesn't work

Not a hi-pri issue, but...

On the people page [ sassyk.listal.com/people ] the count of tags is listed as a hyperlink to sassyk.listal.com/person/tags
I was expecting to see all the tags that I had entered, but clicking it just takes me back to the main home page. Is this a bug?
