tags and titles

what happened to the planned uniformity of tags? an idea was to make them all with a capital letter at the beginning. right now they are a wild mix. furthermore i'd like to suggest to convert all titles to ones with capital letters at the beginning of each word, like "The Wizard Of Oz".

i noticed that the tags are correctly uppercase now everywhere (i looked), except for the item list, where in the tags area the tags still appear mixed (upper- and lowercase).

I've changed them now.

btw you have so many tags added it was really slowing down the listing pages (the recent on was taking 20 seconds to load) due to the huge tag select dropdown (under filter).

I've disabled this for people with large numbers of tags until I can work out if there is a faster way of displaying it.

thanks for the prophylactic troubleshooting too, although i didn't use the filter option at all ;).
