Tag list doesn't update

When you tag an item in your collection with a new tag that you haven't used before, that tag does not show up in your tag list.

Also, if you remove a tag from all items, the tag still remains in your tag list.

(At least this is how it is for me.)

Is anyone else experiencing this?
Can it be fixed?
