Supported codepages

Does Listal support all (European) codepages including extended ones? I am unable to use ő (that is o" = an o with flying acutes) a.k.a. U+0151 - it becomes a question mark...

Hm, it works fine here...

How about for tags Tom? In music, the tag for "Rock en Español" is showing up as "Rock En EspaÃ±ol". Nasty stuff that.
