Suggestion: Feedback on suggetions

It would be more motivating if there could be a really small feedback on suggestions. Perhaps a mark like "planed, not planed, high priority, low priority or stop bothering me" ;-)

Most of the time when I have left a comment it tends to be the same so it's just seems pointless writing it e.g. The suggestion sounds good and would be nice in the future. Some of suggestions need a thought out reply which takes time to do. Other people are welcome to comment and the more replies a suggestions the more likely it is to be implemented.

I want to add a digg style system for suggestions in the future so I can see which are most popular.
