Suggestion: Edit Item Notes

Something I've noticed on more than a few listings is that one or two people will keep changing the same field, like the name. The movie Cache, for instance - the main IMDB title is Caché, it's written as Caché (Hidden) in the U.S., and Hidden (Caché) in the UK. I think it's best to leave it as Caché, period, but Caché (Hidden) may be the best for searches.
One thing that might be helpful is the ability to leave notes indicating why we've changed something, or to initiate discussion with others who have submitted changes, to reach a general consensus about certain things. Discogs has this and it seems to work reasonably well, and might help clean up some listings here that keep bouncing back and forth.

There is no perfect way to add this movie title but since it was originally released as Caché that has to be the 'As released' and since 'Caché (Hidden)' was how it was released in the US that has to be the english title.
There is no point adding Caché to both fields
I will hopefully add a editing explanation field in the future.

Agreed, I just neglected to delete the entry in the second field from whoever edited it previously.
In any case, this was just an example, since it had been edited a few times by people, so I thought the idea of being able to write notes about why we're doing certain things would be good.
