Suggestion for Adding Items to lists

I have been thinking about this for awhile. What if there was a little check box towards the top of a search result page, so that if you checked it, all the movies, tv shows etc. would be added to a specific list you choose. Just a thought. It would save people the trouble of checking each individual box. Tell me what you think. I hope that isn't too confusing of an explanation.
