Strange Error 500

My wife can't access her list page or profile, but pages for other users including mine are fine... holygodiva.listal.com/lists

I can't access my profile either (same thing, error 500).

HTTP ERROR: 500
Problem accessing /index.php. Reason:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: NOT FOUND: /index.php

I can't see any of my stuff. Temporary site problem I hope?!
