Spam comments on my lists

This seems to be an ongoing issue, I like a lot of users report it, but its been getting worse. I even noticed spam has now invaded the forum itself.

I know and it is really annoying. I keep getting notified that someone commented on my list then all I see is spam spam and more spam.

I've added something to the code that should eliminate it
