14 years, 5 months ago at Dec 1 19:56 - a nice season of musing to myself here. no, actually this season was terrible. Sutter's gotten really lazy and he admits it in his blog.
Jax was like a superhero this season which wasn't the slightest bit interesting. the only character i could identify with throughout was Gemma. which turned out to be pretty right on because she was out of the loop all season, just like the viewers.
this season treated the viewers like the old ladies that don't get told anything (versus the ones who get all the info). remember that musing about the white trash, old lady rules? the only way it works is if they know nothing or everything. Gemma with her heart condition is the most solid player they have save Tig, Opie, and Chibs who we barely saw this season.

Jax should have been a rat, really didn't like that twist. plus from the sounds of it Sutter is bored telling this story, so end it, tell another story, take some time off. that is a luxury successful writers can afford.
i'll give it a chance next season but SAMCRO is on thin ice on my TV.
