Should cosplay images or fan made items be on a game's page?

Fan made items are cool, like this one

, but aren't from the games. Should they stay on the picture pages when users can upload fan pictures using code like this Code:

<img src="i.listal.com/limages/header/listal.gif" />

(this adds an image to Listal, but not under any category)?
