What I was thinking was we should create a "Round the world List of Artists" I have a list of countries (from Wikipedia) I haven't checked it so if anyone is missing tell me etc.

I decided to edit this list to have all the countries mentioned on Wikipedia listed, then everyone is included in one place! Some probably have very little in the way of music, but I didn't want to leave anyone out!

It doesn't have to be genre specific, eg I'm not just looking for rock or classic etc. But if someone has already posted Armenia's greatest rock group, you can also add their greatest rap group too ;o)
