Se7en vs. Fight Club

I thought both were overrated, Seven more so. It felt like they were trying too hard? Like they were using a statement or message or "moral" as an excuse to be dark and edgy. Made the message sort of pointless. I'd watch both again, though- they're good quality.

Se7en...though I did like the fact that Se7en morphed from buddy movie to thriller to ott horror FC was a better film overall though - personally I tire of directors just doing the same stuff with the same sort of look
