Same Name, Different People Profiles

There are two people named Nneka Okafor. One is an actress:

The other is a Canadian Model:

forums.thefashionspot.com/f52/nneka-okafor-236921.html

When I try to create a profile for the Canadian model, I keep getting "Page not found."

This isn't a case of the same person formerly being a model. The two people look nothing alike.

Any help would be appreciated.
