Rundant Email Messages

So, am I the only one getting email notifications for things that I already got notifications about and things that happened days ago?

I'll stop deleting them from my inbox because I think they have gone through one cycle and are starting again :P

Nope, never mind it really was just taking over 12 hours to get message notifications. It seems to be fine now.
