Review Scorecards

jfrost 13 years, 7 months ago at Oct 6 14:57 -
Hey Everyone! I just launched a new website that features film, Blu-ray and TV review scorecards.

moviemarbles.com

Gone are the days of having to read lengthy text driven reviews that take forever to read to get the key highlights or lowlights of a release. With the review scorecards found on moviemarbles, you can now read a review in mere seconds in a clean, clear, succinct format and know exactly if a release is worth your time.

Please check it out and let me know your thoughts.

You can also follow us on Twitter (twitter.com/moviemarbles) or like us on Facebook (www.facebook.com/pages/MovieMarbles/134535229959869)

I like the system at play in that link. Did you do every review on there yourself?

Of course, what can replace the immersive experience of a well-written text review? Nothing, I say! Nothing! =P

I like it, quick and easy. It would be neat to see why a movie gets rated especially high or low stars, give some details to back up the cards. But I guess that might be contrary to the whole point of the site. :P
Kudos for including posters and trailers, that's so helpful!

If I relied more on reviews I could see myself being on moviemarbles quite often. For now I'll just wait for more movies to get reviewed there and compare stars on the ones I've already seen.
And like Pumpkinate said, nothing can replace the entertainment and experience of a well-written review.

Thanks for the feedback! I have a full team reviewing for me... I don't have enough time to review all of the movies and Blu-ray's myself, lol. I am looking at ways to add some context to the ratings, hopefully in a later release we can tackle that. Next up for the site is user ratings so our readers can have their say. Thanks again for the feedback!

At any rate, I hope this website succeeds, because I really like what's there so far.
