Restrictions on New Releases

Members can review and rate an item before its release. More of a tidyness nag. I've gone on to the Dark Knight and it has been rated by several members despite it hasn't been released. These kind of ratings tip the scale of the overall ranks of the item when their ratings are not valid. I also had a go at Ghostbuster164 because he 'reviewed' Indy 4 about 3 weeks ago!

Can there be a lock on an item so members can't rate it or review it until, say a week before its primary release?

Tags, pics and videos should be ok. Its just the reviews and the ratings that seem uncalled for.
