reporting userprofiles?

A quick question.
Can I report users somewhere?

those kind of users who only posts offensive or pornographic material.

You should report the content they are posting, if they post a number of violating images they will be prevented from posted for a period or just banned completely (this depends on how severe the violation is)

Will the offensive derogatory things be erased along with their profile? I'm having an issue with a weirdo who is posting horrendous things about a friend of mine using different names. How long after reporting does it take for them to take the comments and abusive stuff down?

If you would like to personal message me more details I will look into that for you. Only images and lists can be reported, not comments. However, you and your friend can block this person and then they can't access any of your content.
