Rename default "favorite" lists?

Something I've been wondering for awhile, would it be possible to allow us to rename our favorites lists and still have the convenience of just ticking "add to favorites" when we pull up an entry?

I don't mean renaming it universally, I mean for each of us to be able to change our respective favorites lists to whatever we want.

I thinks that should be some "highlight" to the favorites our primary ones...

Not possible or easy to change since the name of the list is what defines it as a favorite list.
