Removing items from a list and an item's update feed

The update feed of an item (a movie or a book, etc) shows when the item has been added to a list, any list, even if the item has been added to a list accidentally. When the item is removed from a list, the message that this item has been added to the list that is was recently removed from is still there.
I suppose this feature is working correctly but I would like some changes to the feature if it doesn't do this already.
A possible solution is to have a separate update message on the update feed that the item has been removed from the list but what I think is the better option is to have the update message removed entirely when the item has been removed from the given list.

Probably you already know it, but if you set your list to semi-public, or to private, it will not appear on item's updates.
I understand this is not what you are looking for, but just wrote it in case it helps anyway. :)

I should talk about the utility this change could have.
Well, adding an item to a list is like tagging it with an identifying tag somewhat, like if an item is added to a list with a theme of comedy, it would imply that the movie is part comedy but sometimes that isn't the case.
If this change is made, the possible ambiguity won't be there.
