Recommended DS games/Your top DS games

Hi thur!
I'm struggling to find really playable DS games atm.
I got a few after them being highly rated and I just found them dull or uninteresting!
I play and enjoy Harvest moon/rune factory games, Pokemon, Animal crossings, The Sims, Legend of Zelda ETC. You get the idea... :3
I like simulation/RPG the most, but would be willing to try almost anything so long as its worth playing!
Any recommendations would be GREAT or better still, your top 5/10/15 favorite or top games.
Please help out a bored gamer (who is stuck in on a Saturday) coz that would be mathmatical.
THANKAYOU

Go with Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon for the DS, or Awakening on the 3DS and you can't go wrong with an RPG game.

Since you're into Pokemon, I recommend trying out Devil Survivor(SRPG)and Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey which you collect demons by negotiation instead of capturing. The stories in both games are really interesting with a lot of choices to make throughout. It's like a dark version of Pokemon but done really well.
If you are in a mood to try something niche, I also recommend Solatorobo: Red the Hunter. If you like the visual style, and don't mind the gameplay being a bit weak, but not the worse. This might be for you. Here's a trailer of the game.

To be honest I have about 15 games for the DS... but when I went to look at them I realized none of them are really games I want to recommend. The closest one is the Final Fantasy III remake yet that game took a while for me to get into (the beginning is rather slow) and a lot of people feel it is nothing special, which, in a certain manner of speaking, is a valid viewpoint.

Thanks guys :)
I ended up getting Fire Emblem, and Devil surviver but they'll have to wait for now because I also got Harvest moon Grand Bazzar, Luminous Arc 2 and a Dragon quest (I forget which!)
Sorry Ashely, I've never been a fan of final fantasy ahaha :3
Now I guess the problem is which to play first now...

There are a lot of great games on the DS/3DS. It depends on what you're into, the system has had a long life span for a handheld.
