Recommendations....again!

Hey Tommo. Is there a way that recommendations could be filed into a Custom List automatically? I just feel it should be more official and easier to remember this way.

The note could also be used to say who recommended it. I find it hard to keep track of mine recommended as I use the Want To See/Play/Read section for my own Wants as opposed to my contemporaries.
