If you like these be sure to also play Banjo-Kazooie and Tooie. Though not by Rare, an N64 game in this style I can personally vouch for is Super Mario 64.

From checking in the wiki for Mario Tennis, it does have Waluigi.

Also, if you like strategy RPG's, Ogre Battle 64 is a good choice as well.
If you're into arcade-style racing games, Beetle Adventure Racing is quite a good choice, too.
And if you're up for imports, Sin and Punishment is definitely a good one to go for.
I can probably think of others, but those are a few off the top of my head for now.
Also, if you like strategy RPG's, Ogre Battle 64 is a good choice as well.

Custom Robo is an import title that's fine to play multiplayer, but you'd have to be able to read Japanese to play the story mode... But the multiplayer's really fun anyway.
Sin & Punishment is import friendly as well, you really don't need to be able to read any of it. It's a great game.
