LoginRearranging lists past 200+ items?

First big issue I've run into is that when editing a list with many items, only the first 200 or so show. Then there is a + sign to click and the option to 'expand all' - however, neither of these has worked for me, making everything in the latter parts of a list unaccessible... anyone else run into this?

I also tried to rearrange a list with over 200 items/images,clicked the plus and nothing happened.
Then I swiched window and did something else for a while, had the listarranger in the background,then went back and clicked reload window/url and then it worked,both collapse/expand and plus.
I don't know ,I think it's slow,and sometimes I have to click more than once before something happens.
I have also had trouble with rating,watched,wanted,adding pictures in the past ,seems like listal's "action buttons" doesn't always want to cooperate.
