Rearrange or add to this list

Any chance you could add a check box to the "Rearrange or add to this list" function to make the search only bring back things that I own? If there are lots of versions of something there's often no way of telling which is the one I own. I know there are other ways of doing it but this is the quickest way of adding things to a list.
