Read/Reading/Lists?

Hi there. I think this is a feature request. It seems to me it would be useful to be able to list filtered entries for multiple "categories" of books. For example, to be able to have a widget display all books from "Owned", "Wanted", and "Read" categories that have the status of "Read". That way someone could list library books and borrowed books and one's own books as well... anything one actually has read recently, regardless of ownership.
(I personally don't need this function -- I can put everything under "Read" and nothing under "Owned", since I track book ownership at Librarything. But for those cataloging their home libraries here, it'd be a useful feature.)
Secondly, I experimented with a workaround for a "Recently Read" list. Mine has something like 13 items in it, it wasn't displaying properly when books in the "Owned" category were in the list. Only when I moved those books to the "Read" category would the list display or allow me to create a widget. At least, I think that's what was preventing it. *shrug* So it does seem as if category vs. status tagging still has some issues. *shrug*

Oh, one more thing: it'd be nice if we could even construct lists including stuff like "Recently Viewed", where we could list TV shows, DVDs, and Movies. We're unable to add Movies manually, so if I want to display TV documentaries I liked, which are automatically categorized under TV even though they're much more like "movies", I need to diplay a different widget including TV stuff.
Of course, documentation on how to code widgets that overcome this kind of limitation might be the way to go instead... if it's even possible to do that, with the coding as it is.
