Rating Reviews

I was thinking it would be a pretty cool feature to be able to rate other member's reviews out of 10, and have their average review rating somewhere on their profile or wherever. Let me know what you think.

With the current voting system, people who like a review vote for it. People who don't like it can ignore it or make a cutting comment. I think it could be too negative if someone has a bias etc.

Its a good idea mind. It would certainly sort out Jwah's Reign (who has the most voted reviews on the website) at the top. That is probably one of the biggest corruptions on the website.

I always thought that voting for Reviews and Lists should be different from Pics&Vids. Maybe this is a first step toward it.

Another thing I was thinking, could it be possible for new members to earn the right to vote? Having a certain amount of points/lists/reviews themselves before they can vote?

Not a bad idea. It would make the members that never contribute, actually do something.

I currently need to post another 57 reviews and have at least one vote for them to stop the reign of Jwah as the "Best Reviewer on the Site".

It clearly states "Top reviewer" on the Explore page which doesn't necessarily connotate the best. Everyone knows he is chump anyway Cal, you've already won. Don't worry about it.

Oh yeah...my bad.
I had just returned from my school formal. Was a tad tipsy at the time of writing.

Still, would appreciate further support with my reviews in the future as I spend many hours writing them.
