Question about fan games

Are fangames allowed on Listal?
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fangame
Example of fangame: www.youtube.com/watch?v=IEd6s5S4hJI
This one is not from Sega.
Is it ok to create an entry for it on Listal (if it is mentioned that it is a fangame)?

I love Streets of Rage 4 so I'm curious too

@SnappySneezer Listal says: List the stuff you love. Fangames are stuff we love! :) IMO it is ok as long as "(Fangame)" is added at the end of the title, but I would love to hear the official word from Listal (Tom???)

I'd be down for that. Chime in, people!

While we're on the subject, have you guys checked out the fan game "Super Mario One-of-Those" yet?
It's made by Scott Tierney and Kyle Lancaster, those two incredible game developers responsible for one of the coolest Castlevania mod series (consisting of "Castlevania: Codes Are Hard to Write", "Castlevania: Still Need to Work on the Sprite", and "Castlevania: This Time, Let's Try to Get This Right") as well as the fan game "Sonic & the Federalist Papers", and this time they've brought their game-making know-how to the Mario Bros. series.
They've pulled out all the stops, offering six - count 'em, six! - playable characters (Small Mario, Small Luigi, Super Mario, Super Luigi, Fire Mario, and Fire Luigi), a new gameplay mode wherein Mario and Luigi battle in a single-screen sewer to see who can get the highest on mushrooms, and a new Pick-Your-Destiny alternate endings aspect in which the player chooses whether he'd like to save, marry, and start a family with Peach, Daisy, or Toad -- the options are endless!
Plus: Hilarious dialogue between the Bros.! Examples follow...

You mean "room".
No, "shrooms". I miss-a da "sh" because a' da disorientation.
Oh.
I see pretty Power Stars...
Luigi, you old devil, how have you been keeping? I say, amuse me with your capricious prattle while I light up a smoke!
Oh no! My brother's been switched with a fake! Darn it, Bowser Jr.!
No, he's just trying out some Obnoxious Snob Mushrooms Yoshi gave him. That verdant little dinosaur is a bad influence.
Say, where do you stand on the whole "Pick-Your-Destiny" issue?
I... This conversation is making me uncomfortable.
