Depends. Is it a standard 12 hour clock or a military style 24 hour clock?

For a 12 hour clock:

That's 26 times every half day and 52 times a day.

For a 24 hour clock, you're on your own 'cause I can't count higher than 35.

Oh, and if your clock shows seconds, too, then you've really got a huge number of instances where 3 of the same numbers appear in a row.

Whoops! I was actually way off! Heh. Except for 10:00, no other tenth hour time would have three numbers in a row. I've corrected my original post to reflect this.
