"public" reverts to "semi private"

If I make a list Public, the next day it will revert back to Semi Private.
Is this a known problem?

Any list with a name the same as a favorite list e.g. 'Favorite movies', 'favorite games' will be converted into a semi private list if is not already.

It should not even be possible to convert a favorite list to public since the option should be hidden. How are you are making one of these lists public?

If you are talking about lists other than favorite one let me know.
