Now it shows on the left hand side the Recently Promoted Lists, which I gather are promoted when they reach a certain number of votes from Listal users.
Sometimes such lists do interest me, sometimes they don't.
My request is that I can set a special setting if I want, something like "Promoted by Contacts".
When the new setting is On and I am logged in, then I see a different Promoted Lists stream based on the votes from my contacts only. In another setting, I can adjust the number of contact votes requested for promotion.
When it is Off, then I see the usual promoted lists based on votes from everybody.
Or, I can use a mixed system based on everybody's vote but the votes from my Contacts are counted twice so they double their weight!
