Profiles only created to promote..?

What can I do with a profile that clearly isn't created by a person with any interest in being an active member here at listal, only made to promote some kind of business or Product.
Most of them don't do anything, they don't post anything other than an avatarpic, a description of their product and then add a link to their "business website" in the About me area.

It's many profiles of that kind out there, so it would be many profiles to delete.
I don't know how complicated it is to delete them for you who manage the site, but I would happily report as many as possible.
Can I post their urls in the Message Spam Collection thread or somewhere else? Or are they maybe allowed?
Oor should I just leave it,what do you guys think.

I'd like to see them removed, it's simply an attempt at free advertising, something that shouldn't be encouraged.
