Profiler import

I still cannot get my profiler (DVD / Intervocative) import to work. I have done as the instructions state. I have ~300 DVDs, is this the problem?

I have over 1400 and it imported a little bit over 1000 of them fine. Most of the rest weren't R1 or R2(uk), as it states.

That was before the current upgrade though.

Have you verified that you can see your intervocative web based collection list with that url?

It is working for me (just tried)

If you post your profiler name I can look into why it is not working.

Tom solved my issue - was indeed user error - I had my profiler account set to private. Thanks!
