Profile ratings by specific users

Is it just me, or do Nand and djjetz deliberately rate almost any new profile page between 5 and 6 so as to keep the rating down? And how is it that they always find them as soon as they're made? Is there a feat that allows someone to find new profile pages? I find it very annoying and in some ways it feels like a form of bullying and harassment. (¬_¬")
