I'm thinking of adding more stuff to the profile pages e.g. :

Recent reviews
Recently updated lists
Contributed threads
Photos?

Anything else ? Should I just let people choose what goes on?

How about Playing/Reading/Listening to? Or am I just missing where they are readily available?
