My profile page won't allow me to choose my gender or my country. I choose "male" and "United States" and click save changes, but it doesn't save them. Any one else have this problem?

I'm not sure how much those elements really matter any more in all honesty. I know at one point the site had a little flag on our profiles that would denote which country we were from but that was removed a few years back (I remember not everybody was happy about it) but now there's nothing in the profiles to indicate gender or nationality. I guess if it's important to you, you could write it in your personal profile.
