Problems adding items to lists

Anyone else have trouble adding items to lists?
The drag and drop system seems like a nice idea but it doesn't work for me about half the time. It's unintuitive in that after you drag a title over to the list, the page redirects to that title's page and there is no obvious way back to the list you were working on.
Wouldn't it be easier to put check boxes beside search results and a button to "Add selections to list x"? Or am I missing something?
Another minor complaint: While trying to create this thread, I got a message saying "Value too long" referring to the thread title. If there is a limit, why not impose that limit on the dialog box where the title is typed?
Edit: I just read through my post and noticed it seems a little whiny. I really like Listal overall and am glad there is someone working on it (for free!), I'm just trying to help improve the experience.

When you drag something, click on the coloured bit around the item rather than the image and it won't redirect you. I had the same problem at first ;)
To add something to your list you can actually do it using a checkbox. Browse your collection to find the item you want rather than searching from within the list section, then tick the checkbox next to it, scroll down to the bottom of the page to where it says "With selected create or add to custom list", and select your list from the drop down list there.

I can understand the problem with the draggable items, I had not noticed that, I guess I am just used to dragging in the empty area. I may have found a solution to this problem which I will implement soon.
The thread title problem has been fixed.
Don't worry about complaining about problems there are often bugs which go unreported and I don't know about them.
