Problem with List

Guess I put this in the wrong forum before:
this list: www.listal.com/list/get-library
isn't displaying properly. The sidebar is pushed way down below the list rather than beside it. I deleted the note and changed the layout, and it stopped working correctly. The name of this list in the address is also wrong, which may be part of the issue, I suppose?

Any suggestion how to fix?
