18 years, 2 months ago at Feb 28 19:03 - I noticed that listal doesn't have a privacy policy or EULA of any sort. Can there please be something that says listal wont sell all of our opinions and e-mail addresses to some company for money?

To be honest I am not really a fan of these huge legal documents and not many people read them anyway. So if I do write one it will be easy to read, simple and understandable.
Also in terms of service I have read most of them have 'you may not do xxxx with this website' but surely the people that do these kind of things will not read the TOS anyway and just do them anyway.
