- Profile only visible by friends
- Do not include me on browse members page
- Do not include me on members who own or want this product
Anything else you can think of?

On a similar theme... You could allow individual owned items to be set to private. Then users would be able to prevent things from appearing in their collection (such as politically sensitive books, adult DVDs etc) when someone else is browsing it.
