primary profile images

Not sure if this issue is wide spread. The option to select a primary profile image is not available on some images. ex.

I would assume to enforce this rule:

"Please ensure if possible the profile image is a portrait shot where the face is visable as a small thumbnail image, do not set full body shots as the profile image"

I see that rule mis-used a lot.
