Price comparison feature...

Since I discovered Listal, the only other "list" website I still use is DVDAficionado.com, and only because it has one feature which Listal lacks: price comparison. You can select title from your "wanted" list and click a button to compare the prices for it at 8 online retailers (Amazon.com, DVDPlanet, DeepDiscountDVD, etc). Could this be implemented on Listal?

It's a possibility for the future, I just need to clear my current jobs list, the jobs are pretty small but there are lots of them :)

Oh wow, that would be fantastic!

I agree, that would be cool

*bump*

Are there any current plans to implement this feature in the near future?

I doubt I will add this soon because I want to concentrate on social/community features. I think there are places that do a lot better job of price comparison and have a lot more resources as well. Linking or including data from another price comparison site might be a possibility.

:( I assume that means that being able to add books by UPC instead of just ASIN/ISBN is also not going to happen?

Or is that actually still on the list?

Yes that can still happen as it's a lot simpler than price comparison.
