13 years, 2 months ago at Mar 1 3:21 - I don't mean to suggest that such a tool should write the message in response. Here's what I propose:
You click (somewhere) "Thank (profilelink)such-and-such(/profilelink) for the vote" and it opens up a box for you to write a message. Once you click "submit", it takes you to their profile with your comment on top of their comments box and a link to your list and the Default Image placed automatically somewhere (the top-right corner? I don't know).
This would make things faster and make including links and default pictures to the list neater. When someone thanks you for a vote who doesn't include a link (which I really don't mind - I'm just obsessive compulsive in that I have to do so whenever I thank someone), the automatic inclusion of these would let you know what they're referring to.
Somehow there should be a way to thank them for multiple lists at once. Maybe do something similar to an "Add to Cart" mechanic where you store a bunch of lists and then submit one thank-you when you've finished "shopping"?

13 years, 2 months ago at Mar 1 3:42 - Or have something that appears under "Who Voted - View All" and works like the recommend item feature (I think I'm the only person I have seen use that function) but that way people could turn off "Thanks for The Votes" feature.
Some people find those comments spammy and will remove the comment feature on their profiles to avoid dealing with these comments. It isn't the only reason to remove the comment function but would be nice if any such feature is respectful of our less then social members ;)
