Place add issue and Music rating issue

Place Issue - for some reason the site isn't letting me add San Jose, CA as a place via url from wikipedia but I've had no issues adding other places via url from wikipedia. In fact, I just added the Crazy Horse memorial that way.

Music issue - this has been bugging me for a long time and I don't remember if I've brought it up before or not. When I rate something I own it changes from Owned to Heard and I have to change it back to owned. This only happens with music for some reason (tested it in dvd's and books, etc). This is somewhat annoying when I add a new item to owned then come back later to rate it but it's super annoying when I go back to something I've owned for years and adjust my rating because it changes the date added and it can really mess up the chronology of my owned music page.

Hate to contradict myself but not 15 minutes after I posted this thread I tried to add Puerto Vallarta via url from wikipedia and couldn't. So it's not just San Jose but still not every page from wikipedia.
